Ingredients:

4 c Arcadian Blend Lettuce
1 c Walnuts, Chopped
2 Bergamot Oranges
1 Apple, Sliced Thin
1 t Fresh Thyme
2 c Oyster Mushrooms
(cleaned, stem off, chopped)
2 T Olive Oil
1 t Apple Cider Vinegar
Salt and Pepper to Taste

To Prepare:
  1. Combine Apple Cider Vinegar, Olive Oil, Salt & Pepper and the juice and zest of Bergamot Oranges to create a vinaigrette. Set Aside
  2. Chop oyster mushrooms and sauté with salt, pepper and fresh thyme
  3. In a large bowl combine Arcadian Blend Lettuce and sautéd oyster mushrooms.
  4. Toss with just enough vinaigrette to lightly coat salad ingredients
  5. Top with apple slices, walnuts and Bergamot oranges
