Ingredients:

Base:

Shallot Minced
1 ½ T Champagne Vinegar
3/4 c Olive Oil
Salt and Pepper to Taste

Flavor Option:

1 Blood Orange
(zest and juice)
1 T Fresh Mint Leaves

To Prepare:
  1. Mince shallots and combine with the champagne vinegar, olive oil and salt & pepper.
  2. Add in the zest and juice of one blood orange and fresh mint to the base of the vinaigrette
  3. Combine well and serve
    Mix it up and make your own recipe with the same base recipe and replace the citrus and herb with your own pairing! Try it with: Lemon & Thyme; Grapefruit & Basil; Tangerine
    & Marjoram; Lime & Cilantro
